Multinational Executives and Managers (EB-1C)
This subcategory is reserved for persons who have been employed outside the United States for a multinational company as a manager or executive for at least one year within the previous three years prior to admission into the United States and will be employed in the United States as either a manager or executive at a company that is either a parent, subsidiary, branch or affiliate of the overseas employer. The U.S. company must be engaged in active business for at last one year, defined as the regular, systematic and continuous business.
A person seeking to immigrate as a Multinational Executive or Manager must have a company sponsor. Self-sponsorship is not allowed. This subcategory does not require a PERM Labor Certification.
