Business Immigration Paralegal
You must have two to three years experience in the preparation and processing of nonimmigrant (E, F, H-1B, H-1B1, J-1, K, L-1, O, P, R-1) petitions and visa applications, two years in the preparation of immigrant visa petitions including adjustment of status applications and consular processing of immigrant visas as well as one year in preparing PERM Labor Certifications.
You must have excellent communications skills and be able to provide concierge style customer service to clients.
Requires:
- Strong English verbal/written communication skills as well as excellent computer skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Japanese/English bilingual (spoken and written) strongly preferred
Legal Assistant
You must be a sharp, responsible, and motivated individual to assist attorneys in the preparation of immigration forms and documents, compose letters, assist attorneys and paralegals in client communications, database entry and management as well as all phases of business immigration law work. No experience necessary. We are willing to train.
Requires:
- Strong English verbal/written communication skills as well as excellent computer skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Japanese/English bilingual (spoken and written) is a plus.
