All attorneys with Valvo & Associates, Inc. are available for telephone consultations. All telephone consultations involve attorney time answering questions, analyzing your situation and making recommendations based upon the facts you provide. It is important that you provide as much detail and information as possible. Please be sure to make a detailed list of your questions before the consultation. Further, if you have documents you feel will assist in the consultation process you may either E-mail them to our office at consultation@valvolaw.com or fax them to your office at (213) 689-1786.

Procedures for Requesting Telephone Consultation

Please telephone (213) 689-8886 or (808) 521-8878 and ask to speak with a Legal Assistant or email consultation@valvolaw.com to schedule a telephone consultation. One of our Legal Assistants will arrange for a mutually convenient meeting date and time. Telephone consultations are available Monday through Thursday from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. local time. We usually are able to schedule a consultation within 24 hours from the time of your request.

If you have documents you feel will assist in the consultation process you may either E-mail them to our office as an E-mail attachment to consultation@valvolaw.com or fax them to your office at (213) 689-1786.

On the day of your consultation, please call our office at (213) 689-8886 at the time scheduled. If it is necessary for you to cancel or reschedule your consultation, you must do so at least 24 hours in advance in order to obtain a refund.

All information provided will be kept strictly confidential.

Fee for Telephone Consultation

The fee for a telephone consultation is $125.00 for thirty minutes or $250.00 for one hour. The consultation fee is payable at the time of request. We accept check, Visa or MasterCard. If you prefer to pay by check, we must receive your check prior to our office providing the consultation.
